This safe is exactly what we wanted. The supplied fitting instructions were a bit confusing regarding the fixing bolts, especially as I have never used that type of bolt before. The user manual (downloaded from the web) was much more informative. I decided to use alternative fixings, however, because the safe is secured to a brick wall, and I found numerous warnings that the bolts are used mainly for concrete, and that under some conditions, they can burst the bricks. Apart from that, the safe was easy to install and set up. We are very pleased with it.

A good safe and quite robust, although I believe it should be heavier and the door should close better without any wobbling. The bolt provided are awful to install and have been unable to tight them properly resulting in an unstable safe. Very annoying also the fact that once inserted (with the help of a hammer, as suggested by the instruction manual) they are impossible to remove as they are deep inside the safe with very little room to move around!
What I like is the fact that there is plenty of space inside and the leds located on the door provide a good light. The door opens automatically on entering the correct code and is silent. The middle shelf is a bit unstable but not too bad. The control pad seems accurate and you can choose to have sound or not as well as showing the numbers you digit or not. The design is really good with a brushed steel fascia against a dark body and a blue display.
Overall I would recommend this safe but using different bolts.

As a silver surfer I had not expected an easy review of the products and relevant information so I was very pleased with the ease of selection from the web information provided. Ensure your dimensions are correct if you are choosing to fit it in a cupboard or wardrobe and allow for the door opening swing to give the best access to the safe. Mark the wall behind, drill and fit. Easy!

Even as a silver surfer I found the web-site both helpful and navigable and was able to make a suitable decision very quickly. The follow-up report and delivery notification were informative and accurate.
